If you have a problem when using the program. Offering us the information below will make our support more efficient.
a. Your purpose to use the program. For example, you want to convert a WMV file to another format that can be played on iPod.
b. The details of your original input file. You can get the information by adding them to the input file list, click Advanced button to show the details of your video, and make a screen shot.
c. The output file format you want. It can be a specific format you point or a format that suitable for a specific device. For example, you want the best-quality output file which can be played on XBOX 360.
d. If you encounter an error when converting, please provide us with the exact description of the error, the language and version of your operation system. When the input file and output file are small enough, you can send them to us for analyzing the reason.
